We’ve been experimenting in The Chef’s Slate kitchen with dishes designed to make really good food easier to have at home.
Our test kitchen has already been exploring dishes including Greek pastitsio, moussaka, traditional stuffed peppers with potatoes and our own biryani-inspired stuffed peppers.
